The plant is potted a week before it ships so the roots settle. It travels upright in a box we designed with the courier, with the pot held and the leaves free.

Do I need to repot it?
Not for a year. The pot has a drainage hole and a saucer, and the soil is ours.
What if I have no light?
The snake plant and the ZZ live in a hallway. The light guide sorts your rooms in two minutes.
Does it ship interstate?
Yes, everywhere except WA and Tasmania, which have plant border rules.
What if it dies?
Tell us within 30 days with a photo and we replace it, no questions.
